UX/UI Class
A Technique towards a better UX Research
[Week 13] In this blog, we are going to talk about techniques to create a great UX Research

There are many techniques to create an efficient UX Research, but here is an interesting one.
Card Sorting
Similar to A/B Testing, Card sorting is a technique to let user order priority that they are perceiving when using our product. This might sound confusing, but here is a simple explanation.
Imagine that we have a landing page, containing many contents. Our team wanted to test if the content is well-prioritise as the creator wanted from the user perspective. We can create a Card Sorting to solve the problems.
How does Card Sorting work in the above situation?
Firstly, we need to cut a paper.
Then, we write all the topics included in the landing page.
Finally, we let user arrange the card based on the relation of each topic.
Pretty simple to replicate.
Other benefits of Card Sorting
In high school or university, the intensity and complexity of lecture is in a high level. using card sorting as a tool to create or validate the understanding of students is also a great idea.
Rather than using Card Sorting to validate the existed product, we can also use this method to create simple research about the thoughts of user on something.
Probably anything related to prioritization and relation.
