[Week 1] In this blog we are going to talk about the differences between a digital garden and blog.

From the first session in UX/UI class, we have been assigned to write a blog about the topics studied in class. Today, I want to deep dive into what is a digital garden so everyone may find it useful further in your studies.
What is Digital Garden?
There are a lot of people out there that have not heard about Digital Garden before. Digital Garden is a place where you can share your knowledge or archive what you have learned in one place. It can be useful as same as a summary sheet since you can spend your time to conclude thoughts and ideas from learned-lesson.
The differences between blog and digital garden

From the illustration, you can see that digital garden stands in the middle between strictly organized notes and unorganized one. Its place is a perfect point where you can focus more on organizing your knowledges to re-read whether than focusing on other stuff like grammar. In the process of writing, blog is more community-focused while digital garden is about focusing on yourself.
